This privacy policy applies to the Clear Route Planner app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Pink Angelic Inc. (collectively, the “Application”). Pink Angelic Inc. is the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information collected through normal app use. Technical protocol data used to establish network connectivity is ephemeral and is not retained for tracking. Information you voluntarily provide to the Service Provider outside normal app use may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, meet legal obligations, or resolve related support matters.
Data Deletion
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the app from your device. If you have voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that information at any time by contacting nadeauemily86@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be handled subject to any information the Service Provider is legally required to retain.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If information is voluntarily provided outside normal app use by a person under the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified as required by applicable law.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion using the contact address below.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
